CGC JASNA ADRENALIN 2*

The 2010 event will be again part of the Freeride World Tour (FWT). It's the second time we are Freeride World Qualifier (FWQ) event.

Points will be given by rules of FWQ. There is a special ranking for this year FWQ events. FWQ events are split to 2* and 3*. The difference is in points riders get at these events. 3 best results count for the FWQ final ranking of each rider. You can see detailt at FWT webpage. Ranking started the last year in March by the first FWQ event for 2010. The last event for 2010 ranking is in March 2010.

Prize money: 2000 EUR

Each rider have to be at least 18 years old.
There will be 3 judges plus one supreme judge.

Number of riders compete in the race is 100. All of them will take part in qualification. The best 40 from them will enter semifinal and the best 25 from semifinal will enter final. Line-up in final: snowboard women - 4, snowboard men - 4, ski women - 5, ski men - 12.

Closing of registration: 10.3.2010

• All of riders will be picked up from riders registered at this website (waiting list). 40 of them will be picked up depending on their FWR. 10 places of these 40 are for riders from FWT
• FWT 10 riders must register latest D-10, the latest day for their registration is 6.march 2010
• 47 riders will be picked by organizators also from waiting list. Selected riders will be moved from waiting list to riders list. Both of lists will be published at this website.
• 13 local riders (SVK, CZ, PL, HU) will be picked from our video rice. Wi will bring more info about video race soon.

Criteria for riders selection:

• results at FWQ and FWT races in 2008/2009 season
• results at other Big Mountain competitions
• sponsors which are supporting the rider

Final riders list will be published on 12.3.2009. Till this date you can see incomplete (not final) list at the website.

Points

1-40. place Sum of  points from semifinal and final
40-100. miesto Points from qualifying part

Safety

Each rider must have:

• Pieps - avalanche beacon
• Back protector or back protector integrated in backpack
• Helmet
• Start number - assigned at registration

Check up will take place at mandatory meeting at Konsky Grun and before start of rider. Each rider which won't have these stuffs will be disqualified. Organizer have right to disqualify each rider when rider infrigement regulations by arbiters or organizer.

Insurance

Each of riders must have personal insurance in case of injury, injury with permanent consequences or dead. Rider will signed document of force at registration.
Each rider takes part at the race at own risk.

Each ride has to have insurance for freeride race. If he/she can't prove of a such insurance he/she needs to insure when registering at price 29eur/rider/contest. Please read attached PDF to understand the coverage.

Responsibility of organizer

Rider which will be caught by drinking alcohol or drugs consummation at start or will have signs of consuming these will be disqualified immediatly.

Organizer can change flow of the race or stop it in case of bad weather which will be risk for racers or anyone else.

Organizer isn't responsible for injuries or other damages during the race.

If rider will protest against arbiters decisions or organisation of the race and this protest won't be valid rider will pay money penalty 100 EUR.

You can book accomodation in hotel SKI. There will be some discount of regular prices.
